Accoustic Gig 2nd February |
The 2nd of february we went with a couple to The Hague (Den Haag) to the World Forum Convention Centre where we were entertained with 2 hours of accoustic rock 'n roll.
Following numbers have passed that evening:

- Bombay
- I can't sleep without you
- Long Blond Animal
- Smoking Cigarettes
- The devil made me do it
- Lost and Found (with a great story of a photographer & Frank Sinatra's Hat!)

The Devil Made Them Doing It Again! |
After the succes of the Ahoy concert in 2006, the Golden Earring will be playing in Ahoy again.
On february the 5th of 2008 Ahoy is the place to be in the evening. They promise a great show like the last one in Ahoy.
Tickets available from January 27th 2007.

Heineken Music Hall December 16th |
Saturday December the 16th we visited the Heineken Music Hall for the last concert of the year!
Normally the last concert was in the "Groenoordhallen" in Leiden, but this year not.
No problem, cause I believe the sound in the Heineken Music Hall is much better then in the Groenoordhallen!
Anyways, we've had a fantastic evening.
Lots of songs where also performed in February at the Ahoy concert, wich I also got on DVD and CD.
So on the trip to amsterdam we've listened the ahoy cd to get in the mood for the concert of that night.
Well I can't remember all the songs they've performed (I should write it down next time!)
But these songs were performed:
- Don't stop the show
- Skyscraper Hell of a town
- Another 45 miles
- Watcha Gonna do
- Radar Love
- Twilight Zone
- Long Blond Animal
- When the lady smiles
- The Devil Made Me Do It
- Albino Moon
- Are you receiving me
- Gamblers Blues
- Holy Holy Life
- Going to the run
- She Flies on strange wings
- Johnny Make Believe
The last song was funny, cause there was a guy standing behind us, and he was constantly clapping (and singing)
So every "Da da da da" he repeated one second later. So we considered giving him a mic so he could be a backing-vocal.
Eventually, we didn't, and just laughed.
I had a good evening, and looking forward to the next concert i'll visit :)

1st anniversary of TDMTDI |

You probably noticed that the layout of the website has changed several times.
And also this one won't last very long. I'm working on a new layout. This one is much too busy.
Don't worry the same style (black and gold) will be used for the new version.

Golden Earring in the HMH |
December 16th i'll be in the Heineken Music Hall in Amsterdam for a new Golden Earring Concert.
Of course a report will be here ;)
DVD Ahoy 2006
I also got their new DVD since a while of the Ahoy 2006 concert. It brings back some good memories of the Ahoy Concert. It also contains a free CD with the concert with only a few songs missing. |

Since February 1st this year we probably all have been waiting for the DVD of the Ahoy concert!
I've heard much rumours that it would come, but now it's for sure. From the 10th of November is it in stores! Golden Earring live from Ahoy 2006. Plus a free bonus CD!
Can't wait to get my hands on it! |

The same functionalities are still available.
